Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a mature and hardworking individual to join our team as a Crew Member. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

•    Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

•    Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

•    Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

•    Monitor and enforce safety rules on the mini-golf course

•    Assist with special events and promotions as needed

•    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

•    Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

•    Previous customer service experience preferred

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

•    Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and every other weekend

•    Enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and creating a fun atmosphere for guests
